From each jet underneath
The sheen of the Jacuzzi,
Leaping from the sheath
Of tourbillons and vortices,
Tiny fireworks breezily
Explode, jets d’eaux
That droop like trees
Into haze below,
Translucent willow sprays
And brocades of rain
That form a cotton candy maze
Of microscopic grains
Like ion trails, fields
Of atom traces burst
Like dandelion pinwheels,
Their trails dispersed
Into bubbling debris,
The misted braid
Of a turbulent menagerie,
An underwater Independence Day parade.

Explanation
Matter can be transported by lasers. For the moment, it’s a matter of meters. But, as Mao said, a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. Lasers move particles by photophoresis. Tesla coils move things by teslaphoresis. These are also called tractor beams. Particles heated by lasers become excited and thus more mobile. Matter can also be moved by sound waves. So sound waves have a lot in common with optical waves, and with solenoid (magnetic) beams.
Jacuzzi jets use air to move particles, but the reaction is similar to using optical waves.
