Elizabeth Klise von Zerneck

Elizabeth Klise von Zerneck has published poems in scores of literary journals, including American Life in Poetry, Cincinnati Review, Crab Orchard Review, Measure, New York Quarterly, Ninth Letter, Notre Dame Review, The Pinch, Poet Lore, Potomac Review, Rattle, Water-Stone Review, and others. Her writing awards and honors include an Illinois Arts Council Fellowship Award in Poetry, two IAC Literary Awards, and the Robert Frost Foundation Poetry Award, and she has been a featured Illinois writer in the Spoon River Poetry Review. A resident of Illinois, she currently serves as artist-in-residence at the Prairie Center of the Arts.
